• Payment is via Stripe
• I’ll start working once the payment is received.
• I also reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if I end up feeling unable to finish it properly or deliver the quality I want. If that happens, you’ll obviously get a full refund.✧Refund Policy✧
• Refunds are not available once the sketch is completed.
• Partial refunds can be discussed depending on how far the commission has progressed.✧Turnaround Time✧
• The average completion time is 4 to 30 days.
• If you need the illustration by a specific date, please let me know in advance — I will try to prioritize your order.
• If a rush deadline is requested in the middle of the process, an extra fee may apply.
• If you’d prefer the artwork not to be posted publicly until a specific date, just let me know in advance.
• You’re always welcome to ask for WIPs (work-in-progress updates) at any point during the process.✧Revisions✧
• Up to 3 revisions are included for each stage of the process (sketch, line art, colors, rendering).
• Any extra or major changes beyond that may require an additional fee depending on the complexity.✧ Usage Policy✧
• I may use commissioned artwork in my portfolio or for promotional purposes unless discussed otherwise beforehand.
• Once fully paid, you may use your commission commercially.

By purchasing an adoptable, you agree to the following terms:
• Once the adoptable has been purchased and delivered, full ownership of the design is transferred to you.
• The adoptable will be delivered exactly as shown in the original listing.
• I still retain credit for the original creation of the design unless discussed otherwise.

• We discuss the price and details• Payment options:
50% upfront + 50% after completion of the sketch or 100% upfront• After payment, I start working. I will send you progress stages:
sketch → color → shading → render• You can request corrections during the process (don’t be afraid to ask, I want you to be happy with the result)• If you paid 50% upfront:
– I will send you the sketch for approval
– After the remaining 50% payment, I will continue working on the artwork• If you paid 100% upfront:
– you receive the final artwork directly in PNG format
